Split Duty, or sometimes referred to as Continuous Duty Overnight (CDO), flying must be entered very specifically in APDL so that it will be properly calculated for FAR 117. These trips usually cannot be imported automatically and must be manually entered. Please reference this section of the Manual Entries page for specific guidance.
