Logbook Pro's primary print engine is using the Reports menu and integrated printing system. An alternate method of printing allowing complete capturing of user-defined customizations, including fonts, custom columns, colors, and column order and widths is to print directly from the spreadsheet system. On each entry areas sub-toolbar is a print icon, from which is the option to print directly from the spreadsheet. If only a select number of rows (or single row) is what is to be printed, click the row selector at the far left of the row and if desired, select a range of rows or non-contiguous rows using the standard key strokes to do so, as described below. Once the rows have been selected choose the print option from the sub-toolbar for options to print the selected rows or all rows.
To select a single row, simply click the row selector at the far left. To select a range of rows (contiguous) click the first row indicator, then press and hold the SHIFT key down and left-click the end of the range. The selected range of rows will be selected and available for selected export or printing. To select non-contiguous rows hold the CTRL key down and left-click each desired row selector.
