Automatic error checking is built into Logbook Pro to prevent common errors such as entering a secondary time entry that exceeds that of the flight. Error checking occurs (if optioned in the Flight Log Options area) after every flight entry validating the minimum fields have been logged (Date, Type, Ident, Route, Duration (or Sim)) and that no other time field exceeds that of the Duration.
