Password protection is accomplished by clicking the Passwords menu item under the File menu. If a password has not been set previously, a window will appear like that of Figure 1 above. Enter the password and retype the password for confirmation and the password will be set. The password is used at program startup and operations requiring a disconnect and reconnect to the database. To remove a password, click the Passwords menu item from the File menu and follow the instructions as outlined on the dialog. Enter the old password and leave the new password fields blank, the password will be removed.
